While entering our room, our toilet paper and paper towel rooms looked more than half used? I guess that’s ok, but with covid and the upscale standards of a Hilton hotel, I just wasn’t expecting a used roll. At checkin I was asked about room cleaning, I told them yes, on Friday. Location is good, not to far from downtown.… Cleaning ladies were not friendly st all, when I ask them for toilet paper they told me to call front desk and ask for the toilet paper. It seems they just change towels and linens. Room cleaning was really bad, our room was cleaned once and table was still with food stains, crumbles. Pet friendly rooms should be on certain floors and guests witj dogs should be accomodated only on those floors innorfer not to bother other guests with barks.

My floor was full of fogs even I had no dog wirh me. Because this is a pet friendly hotel (I love dogs) dogs barked all day and night. Carpet on my room had stains and bad smell. Business center very good with printer and a separate space where I had sone virtual meetings. Breakfast included is a plus! croissants, oatmeal, fruit, coffee, bagels, omelette to eat in your room. Room was ok, space, light and great view to the golf court. My family and I stayed at This hotel for 7 nights. A good first time stay that could improve with a better breakfast.… Lastly the guard shack at the entrance for the complex was just for show as I only saw a person sitting in their once for less than an hour. Being next to a golf course would be convenient for golfers. Other features were an outside pool, nice lobby with ample seating and tables (for breakfast) and decorated in their bright colors. The only noise came from the laundry room which was located inside a separate room (no door) to the gym. A filtered water dispenser was convenient. There was enough treadmills and ellipticals for multiple users as well as a complete set of dumbbells. The gym was nicely equipped and a redeeming feature for the poor breakfast. I suggest seriously going out for breakfast. They pumped too much coffee creamer into my coffee so be specific how many up front. The fruit, cereal and milk was the better choice. Hot food was a breakfast wrap (not good). They do serve breakfast but you have to specify what you want (max one item per category) and they hand it to you in a paper bag. The front of the hotel is far back from the freeway so sound should not be an issue for any room. Our room faced the back parking lot and golf course so it was quiet. Other unusual features were the open closet and a very long desk for spreading out work or organizing lots of stuff before moving your daughter into their dorm. Very similar to Townesuites but it did the job for us on this trip. The kitchen consisted of a refrigerator, sink and microwave. The suite is large but the bath was a little small. I originally booked this hotel for the suite features but probably should have read closer the features.
